At 400 meters from the house, there is a nice supermarket with a wide range of fresh local products and close by at 150 meters, Restaurant Es Caliu, famous for grilled meats.

Airport is 18km. Ibiza Town 11km.

From your home, it is 12 to 20 minutes to several beautiful family beaches:

Es Canar, Santa Eulalia, Benirras, San Miquel, Portinatx, Cala San Vincente, etc.

The famous beaches of Salinas, Platja d'en Bossa and Cala Jondal are only 25 minutes drive. The bay of Es Vedra, Cala d'Hort is a half hour drive.

The Roca Lisa Golf Club and Ibiza town is 11 km away, Santa Eulalia is 7 km away.

Water skiing, sailing, water banana boats and rent is made possible in Sta. Eulalia and Es Canar.

There is a local tax to be paid in cash by the client, which is not included in the rental price. This is € 2.20 per night per adult (= + 16 years old for reservations between May 1 and October 31. For the rest of the year, € 0.55 per night per adult (= + 16 years old. This fee must be paid at check in in cash.

Cancellations:
Special Conditions COVID-19: if there is a declaration of a State of Alarm or Force Majeure there
is a closure of the country's borders, the option of changing dates, return or part of return will be
considered according to each case. Otherwise they will apply to the usual general conditions of the
company.
At any time, the client may desist from the requested and contracted services. Cancellation costs are
specified as follows:
Cancellation more than 180 days before the date of entry, the first payment is returned minus € 100
for administrative expenses.
Cancellation between 180 days and 60 days before the date of entry: half (50%) of the first payment
received is returned, or the possibility of changing dates by paying the full amount to the new
reservation.
Cancellation between 60 days and the date of entry: no amount is refunded.
