Casa Orange is on a 5.000 m2 plot and located south of the village of Sta. Gertrudis, of the road to San Rafael in a quiet area. Casa orange has an access gate to the property and is suited for max 8-9 guests. A portable bed could be made available.

In the event you need a cot, high chair and a buggie, these could be arranged for too.

Outside by the swimming Pool you will find a great covered terrace with a BBQ area, dinning with really relaxing country views. The owners have a well sized vegetable garden too, many fruit trees with orange and lemon trees and silently water this area early am, between 0600 and 0700 am.

There is air-co in all 4 bedrooms is WIFI internet and SAT channels for the TV. There are two bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer too and a table for 8 guests inside too.

There is a local tax to be paid in cash by the client, which is not included in the rental price. This is € 2.20 per night per adult (= + 16 years old for reservations between May 1 and October 31. For the rest of the year, € 0.55 per night per adult (= + 16 years old. This fee must be paid at check in in cash.

Cancellations:
Special Conditions COVID-19: if there is a declaration of a State of Alarm or Force Majeure there
is a closure of the country's borders, the option of changing dates, return or part of return will be
considered according to each case. Otherwise they will apply to the usual general conditions of the
company.
At any time, the client may desist from the requested and contracted services. Cancellation costs are
specified as follows:
Cancellation more than 180 days before the date of entry, the first payment is returned minus € 100
for administrative expenses.
Cancellation between 180 days and 60 days before the date of entry: half (50%) of the first payment
received is returned, or the possibility of changing dates by paying the full amount to the new
reservation.
Cancellation between 60 days and the date of entry: no amount is refunded.

If the reservation is made through third parties, other cancellation policies may apply.
Any cancellation must be notified by the tenant to the agency by email.

When booking is confrimed, guests have to sign a contract accepting terms and conditions of the rental (you can find terms and conditions on our website ibimimosa.com). ID or passports of all guests are required to get paperwork done.
