The beautiful Swimming Pool is 12 meter long by average 4,5 meters wide, infinity type pool with a great water cascade.

Ping pong table where great family championships have been conducted!.
Beside the pool there is a covered porch area that in the summer time has a beautiful hanging honeysuckle plant that adds an incredible romantic atmosphere to your holiday.
Inside this carefully restored villa using the original wood beams, thick walls and exposed stone walls, you will find a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms on the main floor- two with views towards the gardens (and all with en-suite bathrooms with a whirlpool).
Up a short flight of stairs you will have the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with large shower and a balcony with fantastic views to Formentera, the Sea and the valley.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Beside the plunge pool you have a covered dining area, a ping pong table and of course sunbeds and parasols.
The above prices are for booking 7 bedrooms / 12-14 guests.
Change over days is on Saturdays. Sometimes exceptions could be made, depending on dates and other.
The Refundable Breakage Deposit is €1.000 euros.
Eco Tourist Tax of €2,20 euros per night per guest over 16 years of age, is not included in the current rates and is paid at the check-in time.
There is a local tax to be paid in cash by the client, which is not included in the rental price. This is € 2.20 per night per adult (= + 16 years old for reservations between May 1 and October 31. For the rest of the year, € 0.55 per night per adult (= + 16 years old. This fee must be paid at check in in cash.
