Villa Esmeralda can accommodate up to max 15-16 guests, as there are 5 bedrooms, one with 4 beds and 1 apartment for 2- max 4 guests, preferably children.

The house sits on a plot of 2000 m2, with 625 m2 built, and about 350 m2 terraces at different heights. Extras: Permanent Fresh Water Tank for dishwasher and washing machine with option of supplying the whole house.

If it is a family gathering you are planning, Villa Esmeralda, with its extra apartment, it is perfect for groups who would like to keep their privacy, but still be together. It has baby cots, high chair and some baby toys, so the little ones can also enjoy the beauty of Villa Esmeralda.

Esmeralda has a fantastic swimming pool, framed by the imposing stone tower, it is the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beautiful distant views of the coast, cala den Bou and the bay - city of San Antonio.

Its large and comfortable barbecue area beside the tower and is on one of the most romantic places to enjoy outside dining.

This house is designed for larger groups, so everything you need to enjoy is there for you!.

The villa is sunny, large, stylish and spacious, with tastefully decorated rooms.

The large living room can easily fit many guests and the large kitchen and dining area with balcony is made for group gatherings and has plenty cutlery.

Included, there are two double bedrooms with views towards the ocean, one of them in a romantic round stone tower. 1 bedroom has 4 individual beds and en-suite bathroom, 1 apartment with a double bed and an extra sofa bed.

All the bedrooms of the Main house and the apartments have air conditioning/ heating for your added comfort.

The kitchen is complete with two refrigerators, oven, electric stove, and all the cutlery, plates and cooking materials needed for a great vacation.

The pool area, built around the magnificent and romantic stone tower, also has a small bathroom and outdoor shower for greater comfort.

The pool area has separate toilet. Pool towels are provided.

There is a local tax to be paid in cash by the client, which is not included in the rental price. This is € 2.20 per night per adult (= + 16 years old for reservations between May 1 and October 31. For the rest of the year, € 0.55 per night per adult (= + 16 years old. This fee must be paid at check in in cash.

Cancellations:
Special Conditions COVID-19: if there is a declaration of a State of Alarm or Force Majeure there
is a closure of the country's borders, the option of changing dates, return or part of return will be
considered according to each case. Otherwise they will apply to the usual general conditions of the
company.
At any time, the client may desist from the requested and contracted services. Cancellation costs are
specified as follows:
Cancellation more than 180 days before the date of entry, the first payment is returned minus € 100
for administrative expenses.
Cancellation between 180 days and 60 days before the date of entry: half (50%) of the first payment
received is returned, or the possibility of changing dates by paying the full amount to the new
reservation.
Cancellation between 60 days and the date of entry: no amount is refunded.
Note: for certain villas different conditions may apply.
If the reservation is made through third parties, other cancellation policies may apply.
Any cancellation must be notified by the tenant to the agency by email.
We recommend hiring a specific cancellation insurance.
