In Villa Franchesca you can enjoy a simple, natural holiday surrounded by pine trees, breezes, an incredible infinity pool and beautiful views of the sea. Very close to Cala Jondal where the famous Blue Marlin is, this house offers simple accomodations, perfect for relaxation.

On the main floor of the house you will find a cozy living room area, a dining area with banquettes perfect for group gatherings and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, clotheswasher double sink, dishwasher, oven, 5 gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, juicer and everything you need to prepare happy meals. Beside the living room is a bedroom with two single beds and beside the kitchen you will find a newly refurbished bathroom with double sinks of natural stone, shower, wc and skylight. There is a comfortable covered porched perfect for dining and beside the porch are three double bedrooms, two sharing a bathroom.

On the top floor there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a terrace area with great views towards the sea. This top floor room is not recommended for small children. The Main floor of the house is perfect for children, except for the top floor.

Outside of the house you will find a swing for children, and the great infinity pool in the garden.

This villa is in the process of adding a TV, none yet, so if you are travelling with children, bring your own DVDs so the children do something else for a change....

This beautiful villa is located only 5 minutes by car to Cala Jondal (Blue Marlin and other great restaurants) and Sa Caleta beach with its unspoiled beauty.

It is an excellent villa to go and explore all the beaches of the south and the western side of the island of Ibiza such as Cala Vadella, Cala d'hort, Cala Conte, Cala Tarida, etc.

The quaint town of San Jose, with its Restaurants, banks, drugstores, cute shops, cafes, newstands and supermarkets is only 10 minutes by car. Because of its location this villa is also close to the Salinas Beach, Es Cavallet (Nudist) and the famous Ushuaia beach club in Playa Den Bossa.

Ibiza town, with the clubs (Pacha, Lío), bars, restaurants and shops is only 15 minutes away!.

Of course, if you decide to just stay home and relax you have a very attractive infinity pool measuring 12 m x 5m to enjoy on the breezy terrace with views of the sea far away.

We strongly recommend many siestas under the swaying pine trees!.

There will be SAT T.V. available by the first of June 2014 for the World Cup Soccer games.

There is a local tax to be paid in cash by the client, which is not included in the rental price. This is € 2.20 per night per adult (= + 16 years old for reservations between May 1 and October 31. For the rest of the year, € 0.55 per night per adult (= + 16 years old. This fee must be paid at check in in cash.

Cancellations:
Special Conditions COVID-19: if there is a declaration of a State of Alarm or Force Majeure there
is a closure of the country's borders, the option of changing dates, return or part of return will be
considered according to each case. Otherwise they will apply to the usual general conditions of the
company.
At any time, the client may desist from the requested and contracted services. Cancellation costs are
specified as follows:
Cancellation more than 180 days before the date of entry, the first payment is returned minus € 100
for administrative expenses.
Cancellation between 180 days and 60 days before the date of entry: half (50%) of the first payment
received is returned, or the possibility of changing dates by paying the full amount to the new
reservation.
Cancellation between 60 days and the date of entry: no amount is refunded.

Any cancellation must be notified by the tenant to the agency by email.
