With its breath taking views of the valley, Villa Paradise is located on the island of Bali, it offers a perfect combination of traditional Balinese architecture and European comfort, surrounded by rice fields and virtually untouched rain forest ... indeed a setting beyond compare.

This Villa is about 20 minutes north of Ubud, between Pajangang and Tengalalang in a beautiful location...

The rate table below is based on total of 5 guests, for each additional guest add €50 per guest per night up to maximum 10 guests in total at Villa Paradise. An extra 2 guests to a maximum of 12 guests is possible using a casita next to the main house, the same extra charges apply of €50 per guest per night, maximum 2 guests.

A fully staffed property. Breakfast is included..., exotic lunches, exquisite dinners and services are available upon request for an additional rate.

Included in your rate is a Free shuttle once a day to and from Ubud.

The host family lives in the villa on a plot close to the villa and is available for information and answer questions (Spanish, English and Dutch spoken).

For animal lovers... there is plenty to hear & see here...

The surroundings and village life provide an authentic Balinese experience.

Chauffeur driven cars, car and motor bike rentals upon request for a fee.

In consideration of other guests, please no loud music or loud parties allowed, pets and Smoking only outside please.

Check-ins are around 1500 and Check-outs at noon (11:00). When able, we flexible with these times.

Kemur's house is absolutely exquisite, spacious, comfortable and decorated with traditional but very fine taste! The swimming pool is sunny, long enough for exercising and there is a very confortable and cosy gazebo. My young sons loved all the animals on Victor's house and had a great time playing with Victor's and Kemur's children. The hospitality is just unbeatable, Victor and Kemur are a lovely couple that really care about their hosts and any question or request is promptly taken care. The very friendly staff prepares typical Balinese food or any other cuisine upon on request. A magical week and we really look forward to revisit Victor and Kemur's house when visiting Lovely Ubud area again, Big thanks to the family!

This was the highlight of our trip! the villa is amazing with the most amazing staff. We were greeted with smiles and laughter and it didn't stop until the very end. The villa isn't far from the center of Ubud at all. We rented scooters(waiting upon arrival) and rode into town through the rice terraces and lovely villages and it took no more than 10 mins. I recommend this place to everyone if you're looking for a quiet and beautiful stay. Every amenity we needed was there and much more. The staff was one step ahead of us whether it was having our meals ready, taking care of the baby, laundry clean and folded upon our return from town and even a surprise birthday cake for one of us who was lucky enough to celebrate it while there. We were very sad to leave this place, but we are already thinking of our return! We LOVE this place and anyone else will too. Thank you again Victor and Kemur for opening up your amazing villa to the 5 of us. We hope to see you soon!

Prachtige villa met geweldige staff! Wij (mijn man en ik, onze 3,5 jaar oude dochter en 6 weken oude zoon en mijn ouders) hebben hier ontzettend genoten. Het huis is prachtig, heeft grote gemeenschappelijke ruimtes met grote tafels, heerlijke 'daybeds' en een warm zwembad. 's Ochtends schijnt de zon naar binnen over de dauwige vallei en als de temperatuur stijgt blijft het binnen aangenaam koel. Beneden zijn 3 slaapkamers (met airco) en boven 2 slaapkamers. De badkamers zijn groot en schoon en 1 badkamer heeft zelfs een heerlijke buiten douche. De 'staff' van het huis is ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze koken zo lekker dat wij alle maaltijden in het huis hebben genuttigd. Ook is er een chauffeur die je naar Ubud of waar dan ook naar toe kan rijden. Ons geluk was dat ze ook nog eens dol op kinderen zijn en regelmatig even onze kinderen kwamen halen, zodat wij helemaal konden ontspannen. Victor & Kemur (de verhuurders) wonen naast dit prachtige huis en zorgen ervoor dat niets ontbreekt. Erg zorgzaam stond er bijvoorbeeld babywash voor onze zoon en kreeg onze dochter een knuffel van hun dochter om mee te slapen. En voor ons was het geen probleem om een masseuse (tegen lokaal tarief) naar het huis te laten komen. Kortom een heerlijke vakantie bestemming. Enige opmerking die ik kan bedenken is dat het plafond/vloer tussen de drie slaapkamers beneden en de twee slaapkamers boven een enkele houten vloer is. Hierdoor is het ietwat gehorig. Maar voor ons was het geen probleem.

What can i say about Victor and Kemur, their staff and the beautiful villa in the jungle? Victor arranged for their driver to collect us from the airport. So this was by far the easiest transfer to accommodation over our trip. Victor spoke with me when the driver had collected us and told us everything was already at the villa for us. No need to stop off. Everything (inc plenty of Bintang) was already waiting for us. Victor was waiting to greet us with Kemur and drinks/cocktails served to us. They showed us around the property and the grounds (including all of the animals there) and made us feel so welcome. Victor gave us a phone to use when we were there so we could communicate if we needed anything. They arranged anything we wanted and needed. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was perfect. When we wanted dinner there they made this for us. Item the driver was always on hand and drive us all over at any time. They helped us arrange mopeds, massages etc. Always there when we needed them, and still you felt like you were there all alone. Nothing was too intrusive. You can't really fault any of it. Beautiful setting. Quiet location, but still accessible to Central Ubud etc. Great people, great staff, great accommodation. Lovely pool. I'm sure we'd visit again. Definitely a 5* rating!

Saying that this house is paradise is an understatement. I've travelled around the world but I can say without any doubt this is the most special and magical place I have been. The house in itself is splendid, and the pictures do not render it justice. Amazing open space living room, beautiful bedrooms, huge bathrooms, and a beautiful pool with jungle views. Every single detail has been thought, and the house is decorated with style, refinement, and yet has an incredible charm. Absolutely no negative comments or things I would change. The hosts, Kemur and Victor, who live next door in their beautiful farm, make sure that everything goes perfectly well, and are the nicest people. The staff there is remarkable. Great food, always smiling, and very professional. I could not recommend this place highly enough - and will certainly be back in this magical place
